1. はじめに

株式会社キカガク（以下「当社」という）は、当社が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」という）を通じてお格様から取得する個人情報の取扱いについて、次のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」という）を定めます。なお、本文中の用語の定義は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）及び関係法令によります。

2. 当社方針

当社は、個人情報の取扱いについて以下の方針を遵守いたします。

1. 個人情報の利用の目的をできる限り特定し、当該目的の達成に必要な範囲内で適切に取扱います。また、目的外利用を行なわないための措置を講じます。
2. 個人情報は、適法かつ適正な方法で取得します。
3. 個人情報は、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。
4. 個人情報の管理にあたっては、漏洩・滅失・毀損の防止及び是正、その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じるよう努めます。
5. 個人情報の取扱いにあたっては、その情報を提供した本人が適切に関与し得るよう努め、可能な限り正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努力します。
6. 個人情報保護に関する法令を遵守し、また個人情報保護に関する社内規程を定め、継続的な改善、見直しを行い遵守します。
7. 個人情報保護に関する苦情及び相談に対応する窓口を設けて、適切に対応するよう努めます。

3. 当社における個人情報の取扱い

(3) 個人情報の管理

当社は、個人情報の取扱いに際して、適切かつ合理的なレベルの安全対策を実施します。具体的には下記のような、内部規律の整備、組織体制の整備、従業員及び委託先に対する監督、定期的な研修の実施、技術的な安全管理措置の実施等の対策を講じます。

  • 当社は、個人データの漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
• イ データ内容の正確性の確保
  • 当社は、個人データにつき、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、正確かつ最新の内容に保つとともに、利用する必要がなくなったときは当該個人データを消去するよう努めます。
• ウ 個人情報の消去
  • 当社は、お客様の要請に沿ったサービスを提供し、本ポリシーに記載されている利用目的を達成するため、個人情報を取得・保存し、利用目的の達成後は、適用法の定めに従って適切に個人情報を消去します。
• エ 従業者の監督
  • 当社は、個人データを従業者に取り扱わせるにあたっては、個人情報の適正な取扱いを周知徹底するとともに適正な教育を行い、必要かつ適正な監督を行います。

(4) 個人情報の提供

当社は、ご本人から同意を得た場合又は適用法で認められる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

  以下のような場合、当社はお客様の同意に基づき、個人情報を第三者に提供することがあります。

  • 本サービスの提供に際して、お客様又は取引先に対して開示する場合
  • お客様が本サービスにおいて公開設定で投稿する場合
  • 広告配信・データ分析のために、協力会社に対して必要な範囲でデータを提供する場合（単独で特定の個人を識別できる情報を除きます）
  • AI・データサイエンス実践プログラムサービス（https://www.kikagaku.ai）において、関連する以下の業務を実施するため
    • 株式会社ベネッセiキャリアへの情報提供
      • 提供先：株式会社ベネッセiキャリア
      • 提供するユーザー情報の項目：大学名（学部・学科等を含む）、氏名、生年月日、住所、年齢、性別、電話番号、メールアドレス、ID、本サービスのプロフィール欄に記入いただく情報、本サービスにおける学習成績、その他本サービスにおいて当社が指定する情報、本サービスの利用にあたり当社が収集した情報
      • 提供する目的：本サービス並びに就職合同説明会及びインターンシップの運営のため
      • 提供の手段・方法：暗号化等によって秘匿化したウェブシステム経由または電子メール
    • 就職合同説明会等に参加する企業への情報提供
      • 提供先：株式会社ベネッセiキャリアが開催する就職合同説明会及びインターンシップに参加する企業
      • 提供するユーザー情報の項目：大学名（学部・学科等を含む）、氏名、生年月日、住所、年齢、性別、電話番号、メールアドレス、ID、本サービスのプロフィール欄に記入いただく情報、本サービスにおける学習成績、その他本サービスにおいて当社が指定する情報、本サービスの利用にあたり当社が収集した情報
      • 提供する目的：就職合同説明会及びインターンシップの運営のため
      • 提供の手段・方法：暗号化等によって秘匿化したウェブシステム経由または電子メール
    • 就職合同説明会等に参加する学生への情報提供
      • 提供先：株式会社ベネッセiキャリアが開催する就職合同説明会及びインターンシップに参加する学生
      • 提供するユーザー情報の項目：氏名、メールアドレス、本サービスにおける学習成績、その他本サービスにおいて当社が指定する情報、本サービスの利用にあたり当社が収集した情報
      • 提供する目的：本サービス並びに就職合同説明会及びインターンシップの運営のため
      • 提供の手段・方法：チャットアプリ

• イ 委託

  • 当社は、業務を円滑に進め、また、より良いサービスを提供するため、個人情報データの取扱いの全部又は一部を外部（海外のクラウド事業者を含む）に委託する場合があります。ただし、委託する個人データは、委託する業務を遂行するのに必要最小限の情報に限定します。当社は、個人データの取扱いを委託する場合には、委託先には適切な安全管理措置を講じている協力会社を選定し、委託先に対し必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

• ウ 共同利用

  • 当社は、パートナー企業や関連団体との間で、個人データの共同利用を行うことがあります。共同利用を行う場合、その詳細について別途通知いたします。

4. お客様の権利

(1) 開示等の請求

お客様が、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示（以下、「開示等」といいます。）等の権利の行使を求められる場合は、「お問い合わせ窓口」からご連絡ください。お客様の身元を検証した後、合理的な期間内に関連する法律に従って対応します。

(2) 手数料

個人データの利用目的の通知又は開示につきましては、1件あたり1,000円の手数料を頂戴いたします。

(3) 請求に応じられない場合

適用法で認められる限りにおいて、以下に該当する場合は、当社はお客様の請求に応じることができない場合があります。

• 開示することで生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
• 開示することで当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
• 開示することが法令に違反することとなる場合
• 開示の請求がご本人からであることが確認できない場合
• その他、適用法上、請求に応じることを当社が拒否することが認められる場合

5. その他

(1) 本ポリシーの更新

当社は、法令等の変更や必要に応じて、事前の予告なく本ポリシーを改訂することがあります。この場合、当社は最新の本ポリシーを当社サイト上に掲載します。当社は、常に最新の本ポリシーによりお客様の個人情報を取り扱います。

(2) アクセス解析ツール

当社は、当社のウェブサイト又は本サービスの利用状況の把握、運営管理及び改善の目的のため、以下のサービスによるクッキー又はウェブビーコン等の技術を利用して、アクセスログ等の情報を収集し、分析しています。

• Google アナリティクス
  • Googleが当社又はGoogleの設定するCookieをもとにして利用者の閲覧履歴を収集し、分析した結果を受け取り、利用者の利用状況の把握や、当社のサービスに利用しています。Googleによりデータが収集、処理される仕組み等の詳細については、同社のサイト（Googleアナリティクスサービス利用規約・Googleポリシーと規約）をご覧ください。

General User Privacy Policy

Introduction

Kikagaku Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information acquired from customers through the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). The definitions of terms in this text shall be in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act") and related laws and regulations. Management of Personal Information

In handling personal information, the Company implements security measures at an appropriate and reasonable level. Specifically, we take measures such as developing internal rules, organizing an organizational structure, supervising employees and contractors, conducting periodic training, and implementing technical safety management measures, as described below.

Ensuring the Accuracy of Data Content

• The Company acquires and stores personal information to provide services that meet customer requests and achieve the purposes of use described in this Policy. After achieving the purpose of use, the personal information will be appropriately deleted in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

Supervision of Employees

• When having employees handle personal data, the Company thoroughly communicates the appropriate handling of personal information, provides appropriate education, and conducts necessary and appropriate supervision.

Provision of Personal Information

The Company will not provide personal information to a third party except when consent is obtained from the individual or when permitted by applicable law.

Provision to Third Parties In the following cases, the Company may provide personal information to a third party based on the customer's consent:

• When disclosing to the customer or business partner during the provision of this Service
• When the customer posts with a public setting on this Service
• When providing data to cooperating companies within the necessary scope for advertising distribution and data analysis (excluding information that can identify a specific individual solely)
• To carry out the following related operations in the AI and Data Science Practice Program Service (https://www.kikagaku.ai):
  • Provision of Information to Benesse i-Career Co., Ltd.
    • Recipient: Benesse i-Career Co., Ltd.
    • Items of user information provided: University name (including faculty and department), name, date of birth, address, age, gender, phone number, email address, ID, information entered in the profile section of this Service, learning performance in this Service, other information designated by the Company in this Service, and information collected by the Company when using this Service
    • Purpose of provision: For the operation of this Service, joint job fairs, and internships
    • Means and methods of provision: Via web system or email, encrypted or otherwise concealed
  • Provision of Information to Companies Participating in Joint Job Fairs, etc.
    • Recipient: Companies participating in joint job fairs and internships hosted by Benesse i-Career Co., Ltd.
    • Items of user information provided: University name (including faculty and department), name, date of birth, address, age, gender, phone number, email address, ID, information entered in the profile section of this Service, learning performance in this Service, other information designated by the Company in this Service, and information collected by the Company when using this Service
    • Purpose of provision: For the operation of joint job fairs and internships
    • Means and methods of provision: Via web system or email, encrypted or otherwise concealed
  • Provision of Information to Students Participating in Joint Job Fairs, etc.
    • Recipient: Students participating in joint job fairs and internships hosted by Benesse i-Career Co., Ltd.
    • Items of user information provided: Name, email address, learning performance in this Service, other information designated by the Company in this Service, and information collected by the Company when using this Service
    • Purpose of provision: For the operation of this Service, joint job fairs, and internships
    • Means and methods of provision: Chat application

Outsourcing The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal data to external parties (including overseas cloud service providers) in order to smoothly advance business and provide better services. However, the personal data to be outsourced will be limited to the minimum information necessary to perform the outsourced work. When outsourcing the handling of personal data, the Company will select cooperating companies that implement appropriate security management measures as the outsourcing party, and will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourcing party.

Joint Use The Company may jointly use personal data with partner companies and related organizations. When joint use is carried out, the details will be notified separately.

Customer Rights

If a customer requests the exercise of rights such as notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of content, suspension of use/deletion, suspension of provision to third parties, or disclosure of records of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."), please contact the "Inquiry Contact". After verifying the customer's identity, we will respond in accordance with relevant laws within a reasonable period.

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the notification of the purpose of use or disclosure of personal data.

The Company may not be able to comply with a customer's request in the following cases, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• When disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
• When disclosure is likely to significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company's business
• When disclosure would violate laws and regulations
• When the request for disclosure cannot be confirmed to be from the individual concerned
• Other cases where the Company is permitted to refuse the request under applicable law

Miscellaneous

Updates to this Policy

The Company may revise this Policy without prior notice due to changes in laws and regulations or as necessary. In this case, the Company will post the latest Policy on the Company's website. The Company will always handle customer personal information in accordance with the latest Policy.

The Company uses technologies such as cookies or web beacons from the following services to collect and analyze access logs and other information for the purpose of understanding the usage status of the Company's website or this Service, operational management, and improvement:

4. 安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報保護のための体制の整備・改善、従業者に対する教育・啓発活動、個人情報を取り扱うエリアへの入退館管理および個人情報へのアクセス制御、ウイルス対策ソフトの導入等の情報セキュリティ施策によって、個人情報の安全管理措置を講じ、その漏えい等の防止に努めます。また、保有を継続しない個人情報は、適切な方法で確実に廃棄または消去します。 また当社は、これらの安全管理措置が適切に講じられていることを担保するために第三者機関による情報セキュリティに関する認証を取得し、継続的に個人情報保護体制を維持、改善してまいります。

保有個人データに関する開示等のお申し出は、下記の受付窓口までご連絡ください。ご連絡いただきましたら、当社所定の「保有個人データ開示等請求書」を郵送または、FAX、メール等でお送り致します。内容ご記入の上必要書類を同封し、郵送またはメール等にてお申し込み下さい。（送付料は請求者のご負担となります。） ご本人（または代理人）であることを確認した上で、ご希望の開示方法により回答いたします。ご本人（または代理人）であることを確認した上で、書面の交付により回答いたします。なお、この方法によらない開示等の求めには応じられない場合がありますのでご了承下さい。
